Love this meme! And, sad to say, it fits the moment perfectly. I did absolutely nothing of artistic value today at all. Zilch, Nada, Nothing.
I was able to finally complete a review- but other than that I mostly wistfully daydreamed about writing while I did chores, cooked, and found five gazillion ways to procrastinate.
Why?
I don’t know!
It was just one of those toss it up for a loss days- I did enjoy watching FoolProof though. Ryan Reynolds is awesome 😀 And I truly did enjoy the twist at the end 🙂 Rob had me completely fooled!
If you get the chance- watch that flick- it was a fun way to fritter away hours of writerly potential.
I say, if you’ve got to procrastinate- at least have fun doing it hehe.
We all have those days. Sometimes things happen. And sometimes they don't. Do not fret. Your energy was just restoring itself. Karma was building up. You never know when it might all come flowing out in a brilliant explosion of words and images. Be ready.
@Cornell Thanks 🙂
I have had so many of those days lately. I'm hoping it's the coming of spring. My first bulb bloomed yesterday, and it's so difficult for me to stay with writing when the world is renewing out my window.
Don't feel guilty about taking a day off. Your brain is probably using that time to fill with new ideas.
@Cordelia Gardening is an awesome way to refill the creativity tank 🙂 Nature is inspiring 🙂
This is such a good one!;) I just posted some writer's block tips if you need them.
It's nice to find you on the marketing linky! I have an online handmade business for Moms and babies, and I just launched Club-Content–a way for bloggers to team together to improve their blogs.
So great to meet you!
Courtney
@Courtney Awesome- I'll head over and check them out 🙂 Nice to meet you to!
